Our 3-month internship program invites brothers and sisters from the nations to practically serve the local community in the Galilee.
During this time, you’ll actively contribute to the restoration of Israel while gaining a profound understanding of God’s amazing plan for Israel and the pivotal role nations play in this journey.
To come and serve, you will need to complete an application and be accepted as part of the team.
A commitment of 1–3 months is required. Most visitors do not need a special visa for this; most visitors can enter Israel with a 3-month tourist visa. However you can check here: www.israel-entry.piba.gov.il
Volunteers serve 4–5 days per week. The remaining days are free for rest, travel, and exploring Israel.
The Vertical Prayer Room is in the Galilee House. We encourage each person in the team to join in morning prayer and devotions and to keep a prayer and worship watch during your time with us.
We can reserve a room for you at the Galilee House in Kibbutz Beit Zera. Once you apply, we will send you the full costs and details.
We provide a vehicle for transportation related to TFG projects and programs. Personal transportation, including travel to and from the airport, must be arranged on your own.
Breakfast items are included with your lodging and can be prepared at your convenience. Other meals are not included. Please budget approximately 300 NIS per week for groceries (not including eating out).
Laundry facilities are available onsite for your use.
There will be opportunities to connect with the local community in the kibbutz and with several of the local congregations.
Wi-Fi is available at the accommodations. If you need mobile data during your stay, you can easily purchase a local SIM card at the airport or any major mall.
From Friday evening to Saturday evening, many stores, restaurants, and public transportation services close for Shabbat. Please keep this in mind when planning travel, groceries, or outings. Also note that Sunday is like your Monday.
Your safety is important to us. You will receive basic safety instructions upon arrival. The area where you will be serving is generally calm and secure, and we will keep you updated with any relevant information during your stay.
All volunteers are required to have their own travel or health insurance before arriving in Israel. Please ensure your policy covers medical care, travel interruptions, and any medications you may need.
You will be living alongside volunteers from around the world, each bringing unique cultures, habits, and perspectives. We ask every volunteer to walk in love, patience, and respect toward one another.
