3. Information collected automatically
When you visit the site we and our service providers automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, approximate location based on IP, browser and device type, the pages you view, the time you spend on them and the website or ad that brought you here. We use cookies, pixels and similar technologies for this. See section 8, Cookies and tracking.
4. How we use your information
- To send you the resources you request, such as the free prayer guide.
- To reply to your messages and prayer requests.
- To send you updates about our work in Israel, prayer needs, events and opportunities to give. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To process donations, send receipts and thank you messages, prevent fraud and keep the financial records the law requires.
- To understand how visitors use our site and to measure and improve our outreach and advertising.
- To keep our website secure and to prevent spam and abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations and to protect our rights and the safety of others.
5. Legal bases (for visitors in the EU, UK and similar regions)
We process personal information on these grounds: your consent, for example when you sign up for emails or accept non essential cookies; performance of your request, for example processing your donation or sending the guide you asked for; our legitimate interests in running, securing and improving our ministry, balanced against your rights; and legal obligations, such as keeping donation records. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
6. Donor privacy
We value our donors and protect their information. We do not sell, rent, trade or share our donor or subscriber lists with other organizations for their own marketing. Donor information is used only to process gifts, issue receipts, thank you, keep required records and tell you about our work. Gift amounts and donor names are never published without your permission.
7. Who we share information with
We share personal information only with trusted service providers that help us run our website and ministry, under agreements that require them to protect it and use it only for our purposes:
- HubSpot for our contact list, forms and emails.
- PayPal and Stripe for donations.
- Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads and reCAPTCHA) for site statistics, ad measurement and spam protection.
- Meta (Meta Pixel) for measuring and improving our Facebook and Instagram outreach.
- YouTube and Vimeo for embedded videos.
- Hostinger for website hosting, and security services that log IP addresses to block attacks.
- Accountants, auditors and legal advisers bound by confidentiality, where needed.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to respond to valid legal requests, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our ministry, our supporters or others. If our ministry merges with or transfers its activities to another organization, supporter information may be transferred under the same protections.
8. Cookies and tracking
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use:
- Essential cookies that make the site and its forms work and keep it secure.
- Analytics cookies from Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site.
- Advertising cookies and pixels from Google and Meta to measure our campaigns and show our messages to people who may be interested.
- Embedded content cookies from YouTube and Vimeo, set when you play a video.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt out browser add on, manage Google ad personalization at Google Ad Settings, and manage Meta ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site work. Our site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals, because no common standard for them exists.
9. Emails and communications
If you sign up for our emails or request a resource, we will send you updates about our work. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to stop by writing to info@faithfulgalileans.com. Even after you unsubscribe, we may still send messages about a donation you made, such as a receipt.
10. International transfers
We are based in Israel, and several of our providers are based in the United States and other countries. Your information may be stored and processed outside your home country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by our providers, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect it.
11. How long we keep information
- Contact and subscriber details: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, or after a period of inactivity.
- Donation and financial records: for as long as tax, accounting and nonprofit regulations require.
- Messages and prayer requests: for as long as needed to respond and follow up.
- Website analytics: according to the retention settings of our analytics providers.
When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
12. Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR in the EU and UK, the Israeli Privacy Protection Law and US state privacy laws such as those of California, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy of it.
- Correct information that is wrong or incomplete.

13. Children
Our website is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
14. Security
We protect your information with secure HTTPS connections, security monitoring and firewalls, limited access for our team, and trusted payment processors. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If we learn of a data breach that affects you, we will notify you and the authorities where the law requires.
