Put Me in Remembrance: A Prophetic Intercession for Israel’s Victory and Global Awakening
From Chaim Malespin
“הַזְכִּירֵנִי נִשָּׁפָה נָּוֵכְחָה סַפֵּר אַתָּה, לְמַעַן תִּצְדָּק.”
“Put Me in remembrance; let us contend together; state your case, that you may be acquitted.”
— Isaiah (Yeshayahu) 43:26
In these turbulent times, when the nations rage and the faithful in Israel stand weary yet resolute, Elohim calls upon His people to engage in a sacred dialogue—to remind Him of His covenant promises. This is not arrogance—it is alignment. It is not presumption—it is intercession.
The Power of Reminding Elohim
The Scriptures are filled with examples of righteous men and women putting Elohim in remembrance:
Nehemiah prayed:
“זָכְרָה-לִּי אֱלֹהַי עַל-זֹאת וְאַל-תֶּמַח חֲסָדַי אֲשֶׁר עָשִׂיתִי…”
“Remember me, O my Elohim, concerning this, and do not wipe out my good deeds that I have done…”
— Nehemiah (Nechemyah) 13:14
David’s psalm pleads:
“זְכֹר עֲדָתְךָ קָנִיתָ קֶדֶם…”
“Remember Your congregation, which You have purchased of old…”
— Psalm (Tehillim) 74:2
A personal plea from the afflicted:
“זָכְרֵנִי יְהוָה בִּרְצוֹן עַמֶּךָ, פָּקְדֵנִי בִּישׁוּעָתֶךָ.”
“Remember me, O YHWH, with the favor You have toward Your people. Oh, visit me with Your salvation…”
— Psalm (Tehillim) 106:4–5
The prophetic command to intercessors:
“עַל-חוֹמֹתַיִךְ יְרוּשָׁלִַם הִפְקַדְתִּי שֹׁמְרִים… אַל-דֳּמִי לָכֶם. וְאַל-תִּתְּנוּ-דוֹמִי לוֹ, עַד יְכוֹנֵן וְעַד-יָשִׂים אֶת-יְרוּשָׁלִַם תְּהִלָּה בָאָרֶץ.”
“You who make mention of YHWH, do not keep silent, and give Him no rest till He establishes and till He makes Jerusalem a praise in the earth.”
— Isaiah (Yeshayahu) 62:6–7
Even Miryam (Mary), the mother of Yeshua, understood the power of remembrance:
“He has helped His servant Israel, in remembrance of His mercy,
As He spoke to our fathers, to Avraham and to his seed forever.”
— Luke 1:54–55
The Book of Remembrance
There is a heavenly record. When the believers speak of Elohim’s name and meditate on His truth, it is not forgotten.
“אָז נִדְבְּרוּ יִרְאֵי יְהוָה אִישׁ אֶל-רֵעֵהוּ; וַיַּקְשֵׁב יְהוָה וַיִּשְׁמָע, וַיִּכָּתֵב סֵפֶר-זִכָּרוֹן לְפָנָיו…”
“Then those who feared YHWH spoke to one another, and YHWH listened and heard them. So a book of remembrance was written before Him for those who fear YHWH and who meditate on His name.”
— Malachi (Mal’akhi) 3:16–17
He remembers. He records. And He acts.
A Light Has Shined
Even in darkness, Elohim sends His light. In Matthew, we see the fulfillment of Isaiah 9 as Yeshua begins His ministry in the Galilee—the very place where warfare now rages.
“The people who walked in darkness have seen a great light…”
— Isaiah (Yeshayahu) 9:2 / Matthew (Mattityahu) 4:12–16
Yeshua—Mashiach (the Messiah)—was not afraid to walk where blood had been shed. His presence turned war zones into revival grounds. We declare that again today: Let revival break out in the Galilee, in the Negev, in the South!
Glorify YHWH, the Elohim of Hosts
We lift high the Name above all names. In Hebrew, this is not an abstract deity. He is Elohei Tzevaot—the Elohim of Armies.
We glorify Him because:
He remembers the covenant.
He defends His inheritance.
He fights for His people.
A Cry for Decisive Victory
We are at war. Not just militarily—but morally, spiritually, and generationally.
This war has gone on too long.
It has torn apart families, marriages, and businesses.
Reserve soldiers in the IDF are exhausted, yet unbroken.
We cry out:
“Protect the heroes of Your Kingdom. Let them be full of love and light. Let the anointing fall fresh on the IDF soldiers—Your modern-day Davids.”
David’s Warriors: Skilled and Anointed
“עַמְּךָ נְדָבֹת בְּיוֹם חֵילֶךָ בְּהַדְרֵי-קֹדֶשׁ מֵרֶחֶם מִשְׁחָר לְךָ טַל יַלְדוּתֶךָ.”
“Your people shall be willing in the day of Your power; in the beauties of holiness, from the womb of the morning, You have the dew of Your youth.”
— Psalm (Tehillim) 110:3
“The LORD will extend Your mighty scepter from Zion; You will rule in the midst of Your enemies.”
— Psalm (Tehillim) 110:2
We pray for our soldiers to be like David’s mighty men—skilled, surrendered, sanctified.
The Nations Rage
“לָמָּה רָגְשׁוּ גוֹיִם, וּלְאֻמִּים יֶהְגוּ-רִיק? יִתְיַצְּבוּ מַלְכֵי-אֶרֶץ, וְרוֹזְנִים נוֹסְדוּ-יָחַד, עַל-יְהוָה וְעַל-מְשִׁיחוֹ.”
“Why do the nations rage, and the peoples plot in vain? The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against YHWH and against His Anointed.”
— Psalm (Tehillim) 2:1–2
This rage isn’t just political—it’s spiritual rebellion against Elohim and His Mashiach.
Media smears Israel.
International courts accuse her.
Yet few know the cost of restraint Israel practices—because they’ve never seen the covenant, only propaganda.
The Mistake of 2005: A Generation Taught to Hate
Before Israel’s 2005 disengagement from Gaza:
12 vibrant towns like Netzarim, Kfar Darom, and Neve Dekalim thrived.
Jews and Arabs played soccer, celebrated birthdays, and shared farmland.
There was coexistence, fragile but real.
But we left. Hoping for peace.
And what filled the vacuum?
Rockets, terror tunnels, incitement.
A generation raised in Gaza who have never met a Jew—only been taught to hate.
That was a mistake.
Operations Since Then: War After War
Israel has fought to protect her citizens again and again:
Operation Cast Lead (2008–09) – Retaliation after rocket barrages.
Operation Pillar of Defense (2012) – Eliminated terror leaders.
Operation Protective Edge (2014) – Targeted Hamas tunnels.
Operation Guardian of the Walls (2021) – Responded to attacks on Jerusalem.
Operation Swords of Iron (2023–Present) – Following the October 7 massacre, a push to eradicate Hamas and rescue the hostages.
A Cry for the Global Kehilah and the Nations
We cry not only for Israel, but for the persecuted believers worldwide—especially in Nigeria, where brothers and sisters in Yeshua are being killed.
We say:
“Elohim, help us. We declare Your mercy. Do not forget Your inheritance.”
Let the global Kehilah rise up in unity. Not in political correctness, but prophetic boldness.
Conclusion: Put Him in Remembrance
As Isaiah commands:
“Put Me in remembrance…”
We remind Him of:
His covenant with Avraham,
His mercies to Israel,
His promises through the prophets,
His victory in Mashiach.
We declare:
Victory is coming.
Light is shining.
Elohim remembers.
And so do we.
