Prayer for the United States Elections and Elohim’s Purposes for Israel and Her Allies

Almighty Elohim, we lift up the United States in prayer as the elections approach, seeking Your wisdom and guidance for all who vote and all who lead. We trust in Your perfect will, knowing that You hold the future and all nations in Your hands. We ask that those chosen to lead would be individuals committed to justice, humility, and peace, and that they would uphold the values that align with Your Word. Strengthen the alliance between the United States, Israel, and all other nations standing together in truth.

 

We pray over Israel, Your chosen people and land, asking for Your protection, guidance, and wisdom. We recognize that Israel is becoming a refining fire, purifying and preparing for the great Aliyah to come. You have promised to make Israel a powerful tool in Your hands, like a sharp threshing sledge:

 

“See, I will make you into a threshing sledge, new and sharp, with many teeth. You will thresh the mountains and crush them, and reduce the hills to chaff.” (Isaiah 41:15)

 

קראו: אֶתֵּן כְּדָרָךְ חָדָשׁ וְשָׁמִיר הַרְבֵּה שִׁנַּיִם תָּדוּשׁ הָרִים וְתִטָּרֵף וְהַגְּבָעוֹת יִמְּצוּ חָפֶץ.)

 

May Israel’s enemies be humbled, and may her strength be magnified for Your glory, O Elohim. We pray specifically for Lebanon, that this nation would reset and turn away from alliances that oppose Your purposes. Awaken the Christians in Lebanon, those who are called by Your name, to arise with boldness and discernment. Expose the lies they have believed, and grant them the courage to pursue truth and justice.

 

The Rise of Hezbollah and the Role of Iran

 

Lebanon’s history has been marked by division and conflict, much of it rooted in the Lebanese Civil War (1975–1990). This war left the nation fractured, and in that fragmentation, many sectarian militias rose to power. Hezbollah found its foothold among the Shia population, bolstered by support from Iran, whose theocratic regime sought to export its influence throughout the region. In 1982, Israel entered Lebanon with the aim of expelling the PLO. However, these events intensified anti-Israel sentiments, especially among the Shia communities.

 

We pray for Lebanon and Iran, where authoritarian forces rule. Persia—modern-day Iran—was once a land that revered You, yet it has fallen under a regime that opposes Your ways. We ask, Elohim, that You bring freedom and restoration:

 

“I will set My throne in Elam and destroy her king and officials,” declares the Lord (Jeremiah 49:38,

וְשַׁכַּנְתִּי כִּסְאִי בְעֵילָם וְהַמְּלָכִים וְהַשָּׂרִים כָּלָם אָבֵד אָבֵד.)

 

Father, may Your throne be established in Iran, and may the oppressive powers that have ruled over it fall. Let the people of Iran see the truth and be set free.

 

Judgment on the Pride of Nations

 

Isaiah spoke of those who exalt themselves, and we see this mirrored in the pride of many leaders and nations:

 

“How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!”

(Isaiah 14:12, אֵיךְ נָפַלְתָּ מִשָּׁמַיִם הֵילֵל בֶּן שַׁחַר נִגְדַּעְתָּ לָאָרֶץ חוֹשֵׁשׁ עַל גּוֹיִם.)

 

Like Lucifer, many have sought to raise their own thrones above Yours, but You alone are Sovereign. May those who turn against Your anointed and seek to destroy Your people be brought low.

Purifying Your Kehilah

 

Purify Your bride, O Elohim, for the world is filled with distractions and temptations:

“For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.”

(1 John 2:16, כִּי כָל אֲשֶׁר בָּעוֹלָם תַּאֲוַת בְּשָׂר וְתַאֲוַת עֵינַיִם וְגַאוּוָה חַיִּים לֹא מֵאֵת הָאָב הֵמָּה כִּי אִם מֵהָעוֹלָם.)

 

May we resist the temptations that the world offers, whether they be desires of the flesh, the eyes, or prideful ambitions. Let our focus be solely on You, humbling ourselves and placing our hope in Your promises.

 

The Judgments to Come

 

As the end of days draws near, we know that Babylon—representing the world’s corrupt systems—will fall:

 

“Standing afar off for the fear of her torment, saying, Alas, alas, that great city Babylon, that mighty city! for in one hour is thy judgment come. And the merchants of the earth shall weep and mourn over her; for no man buyeth their merchandise any more.”

(Revelation 18:10-11, מֵרוֹחֵק עוֹמְדִים מִפַּחְדָּם מִתּוֹכָהּ וְאוֹמְרִים אֲהָהּ אֲהָהּ הָעִיר הַגְּדוֹלָה בָּבֶל הָעִיר הַחוֹזֶקֶת כִּי בְּשָׁעָה אֶחָת בָּא שִׁבְרָהּ.)

 

May we, as Your people, not be lured into alliances or systems that oppose You. Grant us discernment to stand apart from the temptations and corruptions of the world, and to keep our eyes on You.

 

Leadership for the United States and Israel

 

As the United States faces pivotal elections, we pray for leaders who will uphold justice, humility, and righteousness. Kamala Harris and Donald Trump have each set forth distinct visions for the nation. We seek Your guidance, that the leaders chosen will align with Your purposes and that they will maintain strong ties with Israel, standing together against forces that seek to undermine peace.

 

As we see the growing threats from nations developing weapons of mass destruction, we call upon You, Elohim, to shield and protect Your people. May every alliance be one that is founded in truth and righteousness, and may no weapon formed against Your anointed succeed.

 

In Yeshua’s name, we ask for Your wisdom, strength, and protection over Israel, the United States, and all nations who honor You. Let the great Aliyah continue to bring Your people home, fulfilling the promises You made through the prophets. Amen.

אלוהי צבאות, אנו מרימים את ארצות הברית בתפילה לקראת הבחירות הקרבות, ומבקשים את חוכמתך והדרכתך לכל הבוחרים ולכל המנהיגים. אנו סומכים על רצונך המושלם, ויודעים שאתה מחזיק את העתיד וכל האומות בידך. אנו מבקשים כי הנבחרים להנהגה יהיו אנשים המחויבים לצדק, ענווה ושלום, וכי הם ישמרו על הערכים שמתיישבים עם דברך. חזק את הברית בין ארצות הברית, ישראל וכל שאר העמים העומדים יחד באמת.

מי ייתן ואויבי ישראל יושפלו, ועוצמתה תגדל לכבודך, אלוהים. אנו מתפללים במיוחד למען לבנון, כי אומה זו תשתנה ותחזור בה מבריתות הסותרות את מטרותיך. עורר את הנוצרים בלבנון, אלה הנקראים בשמך, לקום באומץ ובדעת. חשוף את השקרים שהאמינו בהם, ותן להם את האומץ לשאוף לאמת ולצדק.

 

עליית חיזבאללה ותפקיד איראן

 

ההיסטוריה של לבנון מתוארת בהפרדה ובקונפליקט, כשחלק גדול ממנה נובע ממלחמת האזרחים הלבנונית (1975-1990). מלחמה זו הותירה את האומה מפוצלת, ובאותו פירוק, מיליציות רבות מצאו את מקומן. חיזבאללה מצא את דרכו בקרב אוכלוסיית השיעים, בתמיכת איראן, שהמשטר שלה ביקש לייצא את השפעתו בכל האזור. בשנת 1982, ישראל נכנסה ללבנון במטרה לגרש את אש”ף.

עם זאת, האירועים הללו הגבירו את עוינות השיעים כלפי ישראל, במיוחד בקהילות השיעיות.

 

אנו מתפללים למען לבנון ואיראן, שם כוחות סמכותיים שולטים.

פרס – איראן של ימינו – הייתה פעם ארץ שיראה אותך, אך נפלה תחת משטר המתנגד לדרכיך.

אנו מבקשים, אלוהים, שתביא חירות ושיקום:

“וְשַׂמְתִּי כִסְאִי בְּעֵילָם, וְהִכְרַתִּי מִשָּׁם מֶלֶךְ וְשָׂרִים, נְאֻם יְהוָה.” (ירמיהו מ”ט:ל”ח)

 

אבינו, מי ייתן וכיסאך יוקם באיראן, ומי ייתן והכוחות המדכאים ששלטו שם ייפלו. הנח לאנשי איראן לראות את האמת ולהשתחרר.

 

שפיטה על גאוות העמים

 

ישעיהו דיבר על אלה המגביהים את עצמם, ואנו רואים זאת משתקף בגאוות מנהיגים ואומות רבות:

“אֵיךְ נָפַלְתָּ מִשָּׁמַיִם, הֵילֵל בֶּן שָׁחַר! נִגְדַּעְתָּ לָאָרֶץ חוֹשֵׁשׁ עַל גּוֹיִם.” (ישעיהו י”ד:י”ב)

 

כמו הֵילֵל, רבים ביקשו להקים את כיסאם מעליך, אך רק אתה הוא ריבון. מי ייתן ואלה הפונים נגד משיחך ומבקשים להשמיד את עמך יושפלו.

 

טיהור הקהילה שלך

 

טהר את כלתך, אלוהים, כי העולם מלא בהסחות דעת ופיתויים:

 

“כִּי כָל אֲשֶׁר בָּעוֹלָם, תַּאֲוַת הַבָּשָׂר, תַּאֲוַת הָעֵינַיִם וְגַאוַּת הַחַיִּים, לֹא מֵאֵת הָאָב הֵם כִּי אִם מֵהָעוֹלָם.” (יוחנן א’ ב:ט”ז)

 

מי ייתן ונעמוד בפני הפיתויים שהעולם מציע, בין אם מדובר בתשוקות הבשר, העיניים או בגאווה. תן לנו עיניים צופות רק אליך, ולהניח את תקוותינו בהבטחותיך.

 

המשפטים שיבואו

 

כשהסוף מתקרב, אנו יודעים כי בבל – המסמלת את מערכות העולם המושחתות – תיפול:

“וּבוֹשְׁתִּי מִפַּחְדָּהּ הָרֵחֹק הַמְּרַחֲקִים, לֵאמֹר: אוֹי אִי, אֲהָהּ, הָעִיר הַגְּדוֹלָה, בָּבֶל, הָעִיר הָעֲזוּזָה, כִּי בְּשָׁעָה אַחַת בָּאָה מַשְׁפָּטָהּ.” (הִתְגַּלּוּת י”ח:י’)

 

מי ייתן ולא נמשך לבריתות או מערכות המתנגדות לך. תן לנו הבנה לעמוד בנפרד מהפיתויים והשחיתות של העולם, ולהישאר נאמנים רק לך.

 

הנהגה לארצות הברית וישראל

 

כאשר ארצות הברית ניצבת בפני בחירות מכריעות, אנו מתפללים עבור מנהיגים שיקדמו צדק, ענווה וצדקה. קמלה האריס ודונלד טראמפ הציגו כל אחד חזון ייחודי עבור האומה. אנו מבקשים את הדרכתך, שהמנהיגים הנבחרים יתיישרו עם מטרותיך וישמרו על קשרים חזקים עם ישראל, שיעמדו יחד נגד כוחות המבקשים לערער את השלום.

 

בעוד אנו רואים את האיומים הגוברים מצד מדינות המפתחות נשק להשמדה המונית, אנו קוראים לך, אלוהים, להגן ולשמור על עמך. מי ייתן וכל ברית תהיה מבוססת על אמת וצדק, ושלא יצלח שום נשק שנוצר נגד משיחך.

 

בשם ישוע, אנו מבקשים את חוכמתך, כוחך והגנתך על ישראל, ארצות הברית, וכל האומות שמכבדים אותך.
